Clinical Social Work Practice

You'll learn to conduct therapeutic assessments and interventions in a range of settings, how to assess clients' problems and design constructive solutions, while understanding their life context. With this understanding, you will develop interpersonal skills, which will help you make change and critically reflect upon your work.

Each year we offer different specialization topics at each of our Alberta campuses. If you're applying to the program without a Bachelor of Social Work, look at specialization topics offered at your preferred location for the next year, since you need to complete your foundation year first.
