Through generous funding from the Taylor Institute of Teaching and Learning at the University of Calgary, Dr. Perrault conducted a recent qualitative research case study in an effort to determine the important organizational, technical, and educational development success factors involved in the conversion from a face-to-face course to a quality online course.

Biography
Ellen Perrault, Teaching Professor, is Dean at the Faculty of Social Work, University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada. She brings over 25 years’ experience in educational leadership, research, evaluation, social work practice, coordination, organizational leadership, online education, and post-secondary educational development. Ellen’s passion lies in organizational improvement and supporting people to maximize their potential. Dr. Perrault is interested in determining the organizational, technical, and process success factors involved in improving strategic outcomes.
