Professional Development Programs

2022-23 Update: Professional Development Programs

Professional Development:

Supporting social workers in lifelong learning and career development

In 2022-23, 3,680 individuals registered for 30 professional-development opportunities, including the popular Social Work Grand Rounds series, presented in partnership with Alberta Health Services (AHS).

Our faculty is committed to giving back to the profession by supporting the personal and professional development of social workers and other allied health professions. This commitment is reflected in the many no-cost or low-cost development opportunities we offered over 2022-23. Last year, we were pleased to offer 19 free or low-cost webinars, including Social Work Grand Rounds.
