* You can take electives anytime during your program but you must complete all four before the start of SOWK 721. Your electives must be relevant to your area of specialization and research focus. You may take courses outside of the Faculty of Social Work, but you must have permission from your supervisor and PhD co-ordinator.
 

Unit: A value, or weighting assigned to a course counting towards a degree or diploma. The term "credit" is also used.
