Your curriculum plan outlines the courses you need to complete during your program. This varies depending on whether you are a university transfer or post-diploma student, so it is important that you become familiar with and follow the appropriate one.
Important: Consult with your student advisor before deviating from the recommended sequence of courses.
Register for both your Fall and Winter courses. You can begin registering on your personal ‘Enrollment Appointment’ (listed in your Student Centre). Registration deadlines for Fall and Winter (add, drop, swap, and withdraw) are listed in the Academic Schedule and Important Dates
Refer to your curriculum plan and the Lethbridge course timetables to ensure you are selecting the correct courses.
If you are unable to complete your registration, please contact Student Services at fswsar@ucalgary.ca or call (403) 329-2794.
Undergraduate students are assessed tuition and general fees. Each academic term has its own fee payment deadline. Refer to the Academic Schedule for payment deadlines.
There are several options to pay tuition and general fees. Online banking is the fastest and preferred method of payment for anyone with a Canadian bank account.
If you do not pay your fees by the fee payment deadline date, a late payment penalty will be assessed.
All full-time students are automatically included in Health and Dental Insurance benefits. This fee is paid annually (normally in September) and provides 12-month coverage. If you already have health and dental insurance coverage and wish to opt out of the plan, you must opt out prior to the deadline (fall fee payment deadline). For more information about the plan and opting out, visit mystudentplan.ca.
