Mission
To foster sustainable applied learning practices through research, knowledge mobilization, and capacity building, providing field educators and students with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate changing environments and contribute to meaningful social change.

The Centre for Applied Learning will implement a comprehensive approach to social work research, practicum education, and mentorship through several key initiatives. The primary focus of the programs and services will be virtual to include accessibility across Canada and internationally.

- The Centre will deliver virtual training and professional development programs.
- The Centre will provide mentorship and leadership support systems.
- The Centre will maintain a digital repository of field education resources and best practices.
- The Centre will publish "Voices from the Field" in the Transformative Social Work Journal.

- The Centre will conduct research and scholarship programs focused on emerging trends.
